Summary

 

An experienced and entrepreneurial business professional with a hands-on approach with a rich and diverse background working with start-ups and corporates. Twenty years’ successful commercial experience in creating and delivering business strategies as well as private client advisory. Strong across multiple business disciplines such as strategy development and delivery, financial forecasting and feasibility studies and negotiations across strategic business acquisitions and investments. Structured joint ventures, created strategic partnerships and managed risk. Comfortable communicating at all levels; capable of analysing and resolving complex business problems to ensure delivery of the strategic brief.

Personal Note:

A proud father and husband, Chris has been a competitive athlete in triathlon and is now finally learning to ski. Chris has a passion for travelling Europe, particularly, Italy and Switzerland and enjoys walking in the mountains. To relax Chris enjoys good food, good wine and good conversation, although he has recently got into watching Suits! Chris is also a keen F1 fan and a car nut - both modern and classic.

  • Project managed £2m critical energy efficient BMS installation

  • Grew business revenues by 39% (£850k) - in one of the toughest fiscal years to date

  • Carried out project process improvements saving the organisation £0.5m

  • Re-siting a £1.1m packaging robot from Boulder, Co. to the UK
